Marcus has more than 35 years experience in top management in fashion, home and food retail. He spent 10 years at Marks & Spencer entering and setting up new geographies and managing new business units in Singapore, Malaysia and Jakarta.

During his 12 years as a Managing Director at Tesco, Marcus was responsible for the global retail strategy, including the initiation, set up and expansion of a successful Tesco fashion brand F&F. In his international experience at Tesco, Marcus was overseeing transformation processes, launching of new concepts and managing joint ventures in over 30 markets in Central & Eastern Europe and Asia.
