The WU Executive Academy, the business school of the Vienna University of Economics and Business (WU), Europe’s largest business university, invited Paul Foley as a guest speaker for their MBA programme.

In front of graduate students, managers, experts and high potentials, Paul Foley spoke about the importance for every company to do their best to retain its talent. He outlined general issues of talent retention and the reasons why talent is leaving.

Due to his years of experience working for ALDI Süd, he presented the ALDI approach and provided hands-on examples of strategic models and their key success factors.
